No — we plan, you book. The itinerary includes links and tips for booking flights, stays and activities yourself, so you keep full control and pay providers directly.
When does the 48-hour clock start?
From the moment your payment goes through. We'll email your itinerary within 48 hours, every day of the week including weekends and bank holidays.
Can I change things after I get it?
Yes — 1 round of changes is included. Reply to the email with what you'd like adjusted.
What if I change my mind?

Which destinations can you plan?
Anywhere we cover — all 197 countries and our holiday regions. We won't plan trips to places the FCDO advises against visiting.
